In general, the dirt is an inevitable consequence of laser cutting as a thermal process that inevitably involves a certain amount of combustion. This does not mean that it is not possible to mitigate or limit it with different pre and post-treatment techniques.

The laser rough cutting of the uppers, in fact usually requires fairly large working areas, such as 380x380mm, but micro-perforation prefers very small spots achievable only with fields from 180x180mm downwards.
