The decoration of caps is among the embroideries that require specific expertise, as there are many variables related to various cap and hat models in general.
In fact, not only the pattern and shape are important when we use laser cutting, but also the material they are made of:
The material can vary greatly by:
- from the classic cotton canvas;
- to various stretch and non-stretch technical fabrics for sports applications,
- to decorations for wool or polar fleece hats for the winter versions.
SL10 laser bridges guarantee a series of exclusive tools to carry out this process in a simple and effective way, significantly increasing the added value that can be transferred to the garment both in terms of customization and variation of decorative styles.
A special SMF software tool allows you to rotate and divide the laser cuts on the cap to ensure the best cutting flatness in all positions, and a special mode for embroidering the embroiderer frame (available only for some brands and models) allows you will allow you to significantly increase the surface area of the decorateable areas.
The laser allows you to cut appliques but also to directly engrave the material of which the hat is made for quick and low-cost decorations, ideal for large events or productions with limited budgets.
