It is possible to set the quantity and speed of the alloy necessary to obtain quality brazing. This function allows you to always use the same quantity of alloy, avoiding the presence of both holes and excess alloy.
A high frequency Platinum HF6 generator was used in the process: with a heating time of 5 seconds it is possible to bring the piece to temperature and dispense the correct quantity of alloy. An open inductor was used for the process. The temperature was monitored using a thermal image camera.
