Information about induction brazing of connectors to steel pipes

In the test trial, we focused on the induction brazing of connectors and 16 mm steel tubes.

For this purpose, we used the Platinum MF25 medium-frequency generator, which has a power of 25 kW setting with 35% of power.. The brazing time was set at 28 seconds, and for the inductor, we used an open coil with 1 + 1 turns. As filler alloy  material, we used preformed rings containing 40% silver (Ag), along with BrazeTec H Deoxidizer.
