The application was realized using SEIT Elettronica’s Platinum HUB platform, a cutting-edge solution for induction brazing. Platinum HUB automates every stage of the process, seamlessly and synergistically integrating into the production line to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.

1. Automatic Loading and Unloading: The Platinum HUB manages the loading and unloading of parts completely automatically, maintaining a continuous workflow and minimizing downtime.

2. Part Preparation: The platform is designed to prepare each workpiece with precision, applying consumables such as fluxes and brazing alloys, tailored to the specific needs of ball valves.

3. Controlled Heating Process: Each component is heated to the ideal temperature, ensuring optimal melting of the alloys and a uniform, strong braze.

4. Washing and Drying of the Part: After brazing, the Platinum HUB ensures that each part is thoroughly washed and dried, making it ready for handling or subsequent processes.
