To obtain quality blending, precise curvatures and repeatable shaping it is necessary to heat the front of the glasses with a high frequency oven.
The power is selected through a regulator with a range of 0-100% which allows you to heat even very thin parts without damaging them. A timer, together with the power regulator, allows you to graduate the exposure of the piece being processed, allowing for homogeneous and adequate heating.
The greatest advantage resulting from this is that the appearance of bubbles inside the plastic body is completely avoided, an effect caused by too rapid and not well controlled heating.
Thanks to special devices it is possible to select the part to be heated: the entire front, only the nose or only the sides.
