Controlled Induction Brazing – The solution to progressively replace gas consumption
Energy transition, sustainability, and efficiencyare key goals that most industries aim to achieve in order to reduce energy consumption.
In the growing manufacturing sector, one of the most pressing concerns is the rising cost of gas, which is expected to remain high this year.
Torch brazing with gases such as butane or propane is still widely used. Although the equipment may be relatively inexpensive, the cost of performing the work itself is proving to be increasingly high. The traditional torch system, whether used on a carousel or manually, does not allow the flame to be turned on or off as needed for heating—it must remain lit at all times. Over the course of an 8-hour shift, this results in high gas consumption and significant waste.
