Information about Autoflux

The Autoflux system is designed for the application of flux, used to prepare components for the brazing process. The machinery consists of two main sections, ensuring efficiency and safety at every stage of the process.

In the first fluxing section, after loading the basket with the components to be fluxed, the basket is immersed with controlled movements inside a tank containing the flux. The tank is designed and equipped with all ATEX specifications for the safe handling of the flux.

In the second section, the basket passes through a heating channel for drying, before being transferred to the unloading area. All operations take place in masked time, thus increasing productivity.

The entire process is controlled by a PLC, which allows you to manage and create customized programs for each component. Furthermore, the machine has been designed to allow convenient maintenance of all necessary areas.

The machine was designed and built in compliance with all applicable technical regulations, to guarantee safety and health of the operators and the working environment. In particular, it responds to the following directives:

  • Directive 94/9/CE (ATEX)
  • Directive 2006/95/CE (Low Voltage Directive)
  • Directive 2004/108/CE (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive)
